  • Transfer or mirror the software materials, source code, or internal web assets onto unauthorized servers or environments.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Kaharian PH at any time upon breach of contract.

3. Service Disclaimer

The materials, software applications, and web services on Kaharian PH's website and platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as otherwise specified in a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).
