Kaharian PH provides custom software engineering, enterprise web applications, AI workflow automations (n8n), point-of-sale (POS) integration, and digital infrastructure services. Specific project deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) shall be governed by separate individual proposals, contracts, or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Kaharian PH and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a written contract, all intellectual property rights in the proprietary software, core source code, custom frameworks, AI automation architectures, logos, and website materials created or published by Kaharian PH remain the exclusive property of Kaharian PH. Clients retain full ownership of their proprietary business data and confidential information provided to us for service delivery.

4. User and Client Obligations

You agree to use our website and deployed software platforms solely for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or unauthorizedly extract source code from our proprietary platforms or automation workflows.

  • Use our systems or services to transmit malicious code, launch cyber threats, or engage in unauthorized data mining.

  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our cloud infrastructure and host environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaharian PH, its developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including lost profits, operational downtime, or data loss—arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our software, AI workflows, or website services.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our platforms and workflows may integrate with third-party software, APIs, external databases, or third-party web services (e.g., payment gateways, cloud infrastructure providers, AI APIs). Kaharian PH is not responsible for any downtime, API deprecation, service interruptions, or privacy practices governed by these external third-party providers.
